Our mission is to provide free and low-cost data analysis tools to:
1) Harness the power of mobile sensors
2) Enhance science education
3) Facilitate research and industrial use
Chrystian is an Android and iOS app developer with a specialty in sensor data. Born in Celaya, Mexico, he immigrated to the United States to complete his B.S. in Computer Science from Western Illinois University. Chrystian and his wife, Rebecca, now reside in D.C.
Rebecca is a former high school physics teacher and nationally-recognized science educator. She leads global STEM education initiatives for a project at the University of Colorado Boulder. She was awarded the Presidential Award for Excellence in Math and Science Teaching by Barack Obama in 2013, and was selected by NASA as an Albert Einstein Fellow in 2014.
Our work has been supported by a handful of content advisors, researchers, developers, and translators to make our flagship apps available in their native languages.
Physics Toolbox Sensor Suite, and more...
Physics Toolbox Suite Pro and our free Physics Toolbox Sensor Suite, along with our other specialized apps, allows you to turn your mobile device into a research tool appropriate for secondary education, university, and professional settings.
Almost all mobile devices include sensors for motion, light, sound, magnetic field, and ambient pressure. Download Physics Toolbox Suite to find out what tools you have in store.
Lab and research experiences can be enhanced by tone generators, color generators, and even a stroboscope made accessible by Physics Toolbox apps.
Our apps use sensors and generators unique to the hardware in your device. Click on the icons below to learn more about how they work.
